Customer Review: Looks good on paper, not in real life. Don’t mix grinding and brewing in one machine, god didn’t intend it!
I’ve had this model for about 4 years now and stopped using it after a few months due to the weak coffee and the mess you have to clean up everytime. I moved to Germany for a year after this and packed it away. Coffee in europe will make you hate the weak result from this model even more!

Customer Review: Nice little coffee maker
I owned a black and decker coffee maker for almost four
years and suddenly it died and it was not programmable.
Naturally, I checked out the reviews listed here @ Amazon for a
little feedback. The previous reviews for this coffee maker
prompted me to check out this item in person. I was impressed
with the construction of this unit, the price, the features, and the wattage
for this thermal coffee maker. I love it!!!! Cleaning it is a breeze.
I love the combination of black and stainless steel…awesome!
The controls are simple and easy to use and programming it for
that wonderful “wake me up” first cup of coffee is my favorite feature.
I love that the coffee stays hot for @ least four hours. The thermal
carafe is very well-constructed. Oh and for the most important
question…yes, this coffee maker brews a good, strong, hot cup of
coffee. Will be buying again!!
Customer Review: Needs to be redesigned
This coffeemaker is not very well designed; it is difficult to fill with water because the lid on top does not goes back far enough and the carafe is too big to pour into the too small an opening provided. The water level gauge is on the wrong side of the maker and is only effective if you are left-handed or able to fill the reservoir from the left side; I keep overfilling it due to the awkwardness of having to look under my arm to see the guage. Also the clock is worthless as it is nearly impossible to see, it should have been backlit or another color. I wonder if the designers ever try to use their products!!!

I bought this while waiting for my coffee order. I found it kind of weak, with an odd ‘Salty’ taste. I probably won’t buy it again. I am hoping the coffee is better!

I love the Tassimo coffee, but the hot chocolate is way too sweet and has an odd consistency. I will not buy it again.
